Job Description :

Wanted an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Manage all benefits related activity including enrollment, terminations, 401K, STD, LTD,   annual open enrollment etc.
• Investigate employee concerns in an objective manner and provide recommendations for   resolution/solution.
• Maintain job descriptions and responsibilities.
•  Should have an exposure to building Talent Management strategy to meet business   requirement.
• Handle employees day-to-day queries, grievances and issues.
•  Preparing and maintaining other MIS reports Personal details, Leave record, Promotion   details.

Job  Requirements:

• Only Male need to Apply.
• MBA Holder.
• Minimum 12 years experience.
• Valid Qatar Drivng License.
• Communication Skill.
