Job Description :
Looking for an experienced Account Assistant in Qatar.
Job Details:
- Assist Account Managers as they develop new accounts and grow existing accounts.
- Answer inbound calls, and email inquiries from customers.
- Interact with clients, problem resolution, and provide information.
- Remain knowledgeable and articulate about account management projects.
- Serve as a go to person for basic client requests including managing prospect eligibility and overseeing pre-enrollment process.
- Keep account team informed of key business and category news and draws relevant insights and implications.
- Answer inbound calls, and email inquiries from customers.
Job Requirements:
- B.Com Graduate.
- Minimum two years experience in accounting.
- Well versed in MS Office.
- Good knowledge in Tally.
