Urgently looking for an experienced General Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Maintaining staff work schedules, employee personnel files and other documentation.
• Supervising facility maintenance and creating a pleasing and orderly aesthetic in the retail   environment.
• Maintaining a consistent business focus with the goal of meeting or exceeding financial   plans established for the store.
•  Establish key performance indicators for the sales and marketing role and monitor/report
• Develop and maintain sales and marketing materials.
• Develop pricing strategies and negotiate price and service levels with customers.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum 16 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
