Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced General Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Forecast and adjust payroll to maximize productivity, achieve sales & payroll goals, and   complete workload. 
• Build a team that embodies the Ulta Beauty brand by delivering exceptional service and   driving guest loyalty. 
• Review and interpret financial and operational reporting regularly, including store visit and    audit results. 
• Heading the entire Procurement, Estimation, Vendor Development & Store Management   function.
• Directing the development and implementation of key purchase/ procurement strategies and   ensuring that plans are aligned with project requirements and is in line with the project   schedule.
• Accountable for adhering/improving the Purchase related Systems.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Management Skills.
