Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced IT Officer in UAE.

Job Details:

* Software Installation, Repair and Maintenance.

Configuring and troubleshooting Desktops, Laptops.
Handling Escalation Tickets and proving resolution.
Providing support for Unlocking user accounts.
Daily Handling new tickets and pending tickets using fresh desk.
Able to crimp both Straight and Cross Cable.

Job Requirements:

Only Male candidates need to apply.
BSc Computer Science.
Minimum one year experience in the same field.
Good communication skills.
MS Office skills needed.
