We are currently hiring for a female Office Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Greet and welcome guests when they arrive at the office.
  •  Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  •  Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Order stationery and keep an inventory of stock.
  •  Assisting the CEO.
  •  Update calendars and schedule meetings.

Job Requirements:

  • Female candidates are prefered.
  • Proficient in MS Office & Excel.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
