Required General Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced General Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Creating a strong sense of team by fostering collaboration, communication and alignment   amongst team members.
• Actively listening to member and employee concerns, addressing issues before they become   problems.
• Adhering to all TSI policies and procedures including, but not limited to timeliness, codes   of conduct, uniforms and timekeeping. Setting expectations around the same for team   members.
• Develop strong opportunity pipeline while keeping in mind focus verticals and customer   development strategy.
• Engage with other teams to complete and submit high quality responses to RFI/RFQ/RFP's   on time.
• Build and nurture strong working relationships with Stake holders internally as well as   externally(with key and target customers) with the aim to gather new business insights and   opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum 10 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Good communication Skills.
• IT Skills.
