A leading company looking for experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

  • Manage worker’s compensation claims, communicate timely with employees, and maintain   documentation as required applicable laws/regulations.
  • Assist the corporate Human Resources with the annual benefit open enrollment process   including employee communication and document maintenance.
  • Facilitates recruiting marketing plan, initiatives, and strategies.
  • Conducts brainstorming sessions to develop new projects and marketing campaigns.
  • Develops, improves and monitors marketing and recruitment metrics.
  • Empower recruiters on how to tell our story effectively to attract and nurture candidates.

Job Requirements:

  • Indian Male candidate need to apply.

  • With more than 12 years experience in the field.
