Job Description :

We are looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Collaborate with the recruiting team, acquire top talent through improved selection tools and   criteria, and local outreach efforts.
• Promotes and is involved with the organization and support of site events.
• Assists in carrying out various human resources programs for site employees.
• Maintains personnel files in accordance with established legal, regulatory, and company   directives.
• Ensures that all employee practices are consistently interpreted and applied in accordance   with legal and company directives.
• Assist the corporate Human Resources with the annual benefit open enrollment process   including employee communication and document maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder need to apply.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Having 12 years experience in the field.
• Good IT Skills.
