Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Handles employee relations counseling, and exit interviewing.
•  Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
•  Works directly with department managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities    on employee matters.
•  Creates and updates job descriptions.
•  Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to   established goals.
•  Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment and benefit    programs.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate holder.

• Well versed in MS Office.
• Good communication skills.
