Hiring Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Identify limitations / hold ups for progress of Site Works and co-   ordinate to resolve the same.
• Review and approval of Drawings and other site engineering   documentation.
• Prepare and Review of Drawings and ensure that it is line with   required sequence of site works and the over project time   schedule.
• Review and finalize list of Material Submittals and coordinating   and obtaining Approvals.
• Advising & billing for extra-items/Non-BOQ items/Claims.
• Preparing Bill of Quantities for the project if necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Eight years experience in same field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.
