Senior Quantity Surveyor In Qatar

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Assisting Principal Structural Engineer in Preparation of BOQ , Cost Estimation , etc.
• Prepare tender and contract documents , including bills of quantities with the architect and /   or the client.
• Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
•  Verification of Material Reconciliation Statement.
•   Preparing BOQ for design & Build jobs.
• Timely reporting to Director Projects / Project Managers / Head Procurement, in case of any   disparity in cost / time schedule.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience.
•  Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
•  Quantity Surveying and Construction Management.
• Communication Skill.
