Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Maintain and develop consistent HR process documentation and ensure appropriate    utilization by the HR Operations team.
• Ensure agreed to service level agreements are being met by the HR Operations team and   provide support for any escalations.
• Oversight of the corporate background check program including vendor management and   background check adjudication process.
• Promotes and is involved with the organization and support of site events.
• Assists in carrying out various human resources programs for site employees.
• Where required, assists in collecting, updating, and coordinating site payroll with the Payroll    Manager.

Job Requirements:

• With more than 14 years experience in the field.
• MBA holder need to apply.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Expert in International recruitment, policies and procedures and performance appraisals.
