Experienced Construction Manager

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Ensures regulatory compliance and construction design and effectiveness for construction   activities and system optimization.
• Coordinates and leverages resources on projects and ensures appropriate company personnel   are apprised of or participate in projects.
• Create and execute project preplanning activities with subcontractors to ensure coordinated   efforts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors and suppliers to resolve any problems with   materials or methods.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the   adherence to construction schedules.
• Responsible for coordinating with the project development team and directing project and/or   program execution teams.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management.
• With more than 14 years experience in the field.
• Indian Male candidate need to apply.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, MS Office.
