Quantity Surveyor Required In Qatar

Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Planning for the Project Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis.
• Monitoring the same planning on Daily basis with the DPR Reports.
• Budget Preparation for the Project.
• Estimation of initial & final Bill of Quantities including materials, labours, MEP and   finishing items as per per the GFC drawings.
• Preparing Yearly and monthly budget including Monthly balance to finish cost for the   project.
• Preparing Site Progress Reports & attending MonthlyMIS, Material Reconsillation, Cash   flow, of the Projects  for Project Management review meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
•  Degree/Diploma holder.
• Minimum 8 years experience is required.
• Excellent analytical and management Skills.
• IT Skills.
