Job Details:

• Analyze, interpret, develop, and implement HR policies, programs, and   procedures as appropriate.
• Utilize expertise in diverse HR disciplines to provide comprehensive and   effective HR support.
• Participate to build the Strategic plan of the site to inspire and give clarity at   every level.
• Supporting leaders advising on their management of the life cycle’s employees   at Kerry.
• Promotes and is involved with the organization and support of site events.
• Assists in carrying out various human resources programs for site employees.

Job Requirements:

• Having 14 years experience in the field.
• MBA holder need to apply.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• NEBOSH AND IOSH and certified lead auditor for quality management and   certification.
