Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

  • Ensure that there is shared ownership of HR programs across the   organization. 
  • Maintain a fully integrated Human Resources Organization aligned with   Company’s immediate and long-term business priorities, while ensuring cost   competitiveness and synergy across the entire enterprise.
  • Establish a key set of HR metrics that can be tracked over time and that are   instrumental to the growth and performance of the company and its   employees.
  • Resolves complex employee relations issues using knowledge and best   practices in human resources management.
  • Directs the preparation of all contracts, salary calculations, release time and   other employment components.
  • Support and participate in strategic initiatives and perform other duties as   assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • MBA holder need to apply.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.

  • Three years experience in the field.
