Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

• Responsible for inbound and outbound calling.
• Assists customer with their issues through phone calls, chats and mails.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Responsible for receiving inbound calls and resolving customer quires.
• Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and   services.
• Understanding customer requirements and guiding them with the process.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one to two years experience.
• Strong Interpersonal skills.
• Good Communication skills.
• Fluency in Englsih and Arabic language.
