Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Determine and organize project budgets.
• Work with property managers when working on occupied buildings.
• Strategize and organize around scope and scale of each project.
• Over all communication, Co-ordination and interaction with Architects, Consultants.
• Maintain a register for weekly progress report, change management, risk/opportunities   assessment and mitigation plan.
• Driving the project vendors to complete the project in time, quality and safety and within   the budget.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
