Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Operations Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Maintains existing programs and develop new creative concepts that ensure the highest   possible quality of food service.
• Oversee prices and portions for products and services within approved profit plan   guidelines.
• Provide and administer, within corporate policy, an effective system for cash, inventory,   payroll and yield control.  Enusre compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the learning and development of area supervisors
• Hold staff meetings with direct and second level reports to guarantee effective   communication.
• Adequate stock availability for the store by communication with the merchandising team.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
• Degree in Civil.
• Age Below 45 years old.
