A leading Company Looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Demonstrate ethical leadership and compliance.
• Support diversity initiatives and all employee survey efforts and encouraging participation   in the action planning teams.
• Support efforts related to recruiting, employee development and training, and reducing   voluntary employee retention.
• Develop business relations with client, competitors and vendors / suppliers and sub-   contractors.
• Conduct periodical project meetings and suggest action plans.
• Ensure compliance to all statutory requirement of the company. 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
• BE/B.Tech in Civil.
• Age Below 45 years old.
