Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Input employee changes into the payroll system and Wage Sheet.
• Advise employees and management on the interpretation of human resources policies,   programs, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage FMLA, ADA, personal leaves, communicate timely with employees, and maintain   documentation as required by applicable laws/regulations.
• Time Office Management : Maintaining Leave & Attendance Record.
• Employee Relation Activities: Handling employee grievances, Involving people for various   activities.
• Assigning staff responsibilities, building cordial relationship/discipline amongst the staff,   recruitment / selection process with HOD. 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
• MBA Holder.
• Only Female can apply.
