Wanted experienced HR Assistant in Qatar

Job Details:

  • - Assisting with onboarding of new employees which include New Hire Packets, Orientations, and Coordinating Pre-Employment Drug Screens
  • - Post job ads, prescreen applicants, set up interviews, and filter high volume of resumes
  • - Follow up with staff and managers on time card adjustments
  • - Special Projects such as Managing Communication Board, Reports, and Budgets which can be trained on

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skill.
  • Experience minimum 5 years in same role.
  • Proficient in ERP, Microsoft Dynamic, WPS & MS Office
  • Qatari Driving License.
