Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Facilities Manager.

Job Details:

  •  Propose building layouts and preliminary budgets for management review and approval.
  •  Support negotiations with potential landlord to explore options.
  •  Assist management and corporate attorney in final negotiations.
  •  Act as point of contact for facilities construction and modifications

Job Requirements:

  • Bsc Eng. Dip. Facilities Management
  • 12 years experience in Real Estate.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • FIDIC contracts Administration & Management, LA 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001, NEBOSH IGC, Cert.
