A leading Company Looking for an experienced Business Support Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Ensure the team is properly trained on all business rules.
• Ensure productivity and quality standards are met by the entire team.
• Work with team members and sales/field representatives on escalated issues.
• Analyze business performances and report key findings.
• Prepare monthly performance reports of the zones and compare them with key metrics.
• Generate periodic reporting from the CRM system.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Management Skills.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
