Required Operations Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Operation Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Monitor and evaluate the performace of designated department personnel and any other   assigned staff.
• Monitor outbound freight within designated planning center and act as 'Service Champion'   to identify service issues; manage expections and collaborate with internal department   personnel to provide resolution and execute better service opportunities.
• Review terminal reports such as productivity, unmanned trucks, crashes, work comp, Driver   Controlled Idle (DCI), risk analysis, and all other reports as assigned by leadership.
• Be completely responsible for driving revenue and managing P&L of the assigned projects. 
• Manage the funnel of student applications as received on the assigned projects. 
• Work closely with expansion and marketing team to ensure a healthy pipeline of interns   willing to work on the assigned project. 

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Management Skills.
• IT Skills.
