Job Details:

•  Administer and execute compensation and benefit plans.
• Assist in recruitment processes.
• Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives for shift manager and above.
•  Input employee changes into the payroll system and Wage Sheet.
•  Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
•  Continually improve the effectiveness of HR programs by developing strategies to improve employee satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in same role.
• MBA Holder.
• Good Communication Skill.
• Organization Skill.
