Quantity Surveyor In Qatar

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Ensuring ISO Standards are followed at Projects. Auditing all resources for the project   through interaction with Heads of Department.
• Ensure take off quantities from drawings are accurate. Approving the Rate Analysis /   Estimation / Budget / BOQ / Contractors Entry in ERP.
• Estimation of initial & final Bill of Quantities including materials, labours, MEP and   finishing items as per per the GFC drawings.
• Preparing Yearly and monthly budget including Monthly balance to finish cost for the   project.
• Preparing Site Progress Reports & attending MonthlyMIS, Material Reconsillation, Cash   flow, of the Projects  for Project Management review meetings.
• Assisting with valuations and cost reports. Budgeting, Billing and Cost Tracking QS /   Billing / Verification of Bills and Tracking.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Oganization Skill.
• Communication Skill.
