Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Preparation of Cost plans and reviews.
  •  Verification of Contractors interim payments requests, variations and claims.
  •   Cost monitoring, reporting and control, contingency estimation and management, etc.
  •  Final Bill reviews and reconciliation with works performed.
  •  Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy   engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.
  •   As a single point of contact for QS works, shall be able to do the following related to QS    works (but not limit to);.

Job Requirements:

  • B.Tech in Civil Engineer.
  • Minimum 6 years experience.
  • Communication Skill.
  • Project Management Skill.
