Male Quantity Surveyor Required In Qatar

Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Read GFC Drawings and technical documents in order to calculate quantities and work on   daily cost sheets.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and contractors on estimates.
• Check and certify the Sub-contractor / Labour bills.
• Preparing Yearly and monthly budget including Monthly balance to finish cost for the   project.
• Preparing Site Progress Reports & attending MonthlyMIS, Material Reconsillation, Cash   flow, of the Projects  for Project Management review meetings.
• Assisting with valuations and cost reports. Budgeting, Billing and Cost Tracking QS /   Billing / Verification of Bills and Tracking. 

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• With 6 years experience in the field.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• IT Skills.
• Only Male can apply.
