Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Construction Manager.

Job Details:

•  Meets regularly with internal management and client representatives to discuss project status, schedules and project plans.
• Prepares budget estimates based upon past expenditures and proposed projects.
• Performs periodic personnel review and recommend adjustment of salaries, classifications.
• Participates in the review of proposed construction projects including pre-bid meetings.

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years expert experience in the MEP Construction of Metro Project.
• Skilled in the MEP Technical works, Design, Inspection, Testing and commissioning and project management etc.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• BS degree in construction management
