Job Description :

We are looking for an Senior Procurement Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Assist Business Development in proposal preparation, pricing activities, and strategies   with multiple departments to deliver win strategies.
•  Develops and executes negotiation plans & strategies.
•  Manages modifications and change orders in support of customer demands and all   other aspects of day-to-day subcontract administration.
•  Prepares and submits Assistant Contract Officer (ACO) Consent Packages to Program   requirements.
•  Ensure that program-specific process improvement initiatives are being implemented.
•  Prepare for and assist Programs in negotiations with the USG for changes, Request   Equitable Adjustments (REA), and Task Orders.

Job Requirements:

•  15 years experience in same field.
•  Excellent procurement knowledge of civil.
• Good communication skill.
• Good organization skill.
