Job Description :

We are looking for an Procurement Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Acts as a strategic partner with management to support their business objectives.
• Strategic Vendor Management.
• Manage third party vendor spend, including company-wide reduction targets through   vendor management.
• Outline and maintain enterprise-wide sourcing strategies and identify strategic  provides/partners. 
•  Guide issue and dispute resolution process for major, strategic contracts. 
•  Identify opportunities for leveraging and optimizing contracts that result in cost   savings.

Job Requirements:

•  {{ESTRONG}}8 years’ experience in same field.
• Only male can aply.
•  Good knowledge of Types of Software, Vendors and Licensing. 
•  Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
•  Strong leadership capabilities.
