Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Accountant.

Job Details:

•  Responsible for all monthly accounting activities including journal entries, accruals, reconciliation, analysis of Yardi-RM reports, payable transactions and security disposition activity
•  Provides continuous review of general ledger activity and financial reports for reasonableness and accuracy
•  Work closely with property teams to identify and resolve accounting issues
•  Prepare audit schedules and work with internal and external auditors as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Having 2.5 years experience in Accounting
• Capable of work with ERP (SAP, Dynaics, Tally) MS Word & Excel.
• Skills in Peachtree, QuickBooks, Payroll Management and Stock Management.
•  Well knowledge in Tally and Ms Excel.
