Job Description :

A leading Company Looking for an experienced Project Manager in Qatar.

Job Details: 

• Tracking and communicating team velocity and sprint/release progress to all affected teams   and management using Agile estimating techniques.
•  Facilitating discussion and conflict resolution in order to improve team productivity while   promoting continuous improvement.
• Responsible for making sure that daily task status and hours are being updated by team on   ALM systems such as Jira/RTC to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogs.
• Facilitating access to technology to address critical gaps in production, post-harvest and   processing, marketing etc.
• Facilitating partnerships development/linkages with key knowledge/technology institutions,   private firms, marketing institutions;
• Capacity building and skills of key functionaries in Value Chain development and Market   Linkages

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 21 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Good communication Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
