Urgently wanted HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Provide guidance to Pinkerton’s West regions' management team, field offices, and   employees. Serve as their trusted HR advisor.
•  Managing and controlling factory HR & IR operations, controlling HR issues like   attendance and absenteeism and ensuring timely adherence to statutory compliance.
•  Advice and counsel HR practice, Labour dispute/arbitration or potential ER cases.
•  Acting as primary contact for local business leaders on human capital issues.
•  Input employee changes into the payroll system and Wage Sheet.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience.
• MBA Holder.
• English Skill.
• Communication Skill.
• Management Skill.
