Facilities Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager in Qatar.

Job Details;

• Responsible for managing the planning construction and maintenance of equipment,   machinery buildings and other facilities.
• Plans budgets and schedules facility modifications including estimates on equipment ，   labor materials and other related costs.
• Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout and facilities expansion.
•  Pantry management, Security management.
•  Vendor management, AMCs and renewal (ACs, fire-fighting equipment, Lift etc).
•  Execution of health and safety policies in consultation with HR.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience.
• Degree Holder.
• Management Skill.
• Facility Administration Skill.
• Excellent Management skills.
• Communication Skill.
