We are looking for an HR Manager in Qatar.

Job details:

•  Responsible for managing human resource activities on a site level. 
•  Coordinates recruitment and supports other departmental managers in personnel actions   such as recruitment, hiring, termination, and promotion.
•  Implements and maintains company training plan.
•   Planning and optimizing strategies for attracting top talent.
•  Supports Community Service project activity.
•  Investigates and addresses employee complaints.

Job Requirements:

•  19 Years Experience In same field.
•  Excellent communication  and strong interpersonal skills. 
•  Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
•  Strong problem solving and ability to get things done. 
• Excellent managerial skills.
