Looking For Staff Nurse

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Staff Nurse in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Collaborates with PCP to identify needs for preventive care,   evidence based chronic disease care, and care coordination.
• Provides general and specific health care education during   patient visits and by telephone.
• Works with patients to identify and monitor self-management   goals.
• Takes over of patient along with all patients documents &   ensures continuity of care based on patients needs.
• Collaborates with all the Nursing Units & other service areas   departments for patient-related & other requirements.
• Ensures to take responsibility of Admissions, Discharges, and   Transfers to other department.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Compassionate with good communication skills.
• Have Qatar medical license.
• Five years experience in same field.
