Job Details:

  • Providing information about the visitors to concern departments.
  • Extensive calendar management and meeting coordination, working across multiple time zones.
  • Providing information about the visitors to concern departments.
  • Checking the mails frequently.
  • Booking conference rooms for investor meetings.

Job Requirements:

  • Good Communication skills.

  • Minimum two to five years experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
