Job Details:

• Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
• Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
• Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
• Monitor budgets by department

Job Requirements:

• Good exposure in factory and office administration, recruitment,ISO Compliance, salary management, tender preparation for O& gas.
• With 30 years experience in same role.
• Have Qatar and Oman driving licence
• Excellent computer skills
