Urgently Required Facility Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Responsible for managing the planning construction and maintenance of equipment,   machinery buildings and other facilities.
• Plans budgets and schedules facility modifications including estimates on equipment ，   labor materials and other related costs.
• Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout and facilities    expansion.
• Manage corporate facilities planning activities.
• Responsible to visit parks and review site operations. 
• Coordinate with property managers for the execution of time bound preventive   maintenance activities at Project site.

Job Requirements:

• MBA Holder.
• 19 years experience in same field.
• Good Communication skills.
• Valid Driving license preferred.
• Excellent managerial skills.
