Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Maintaining entire database of all the employees of Mumbai   office and their leave records.
• Seek to produce economies where possible, identify false   economies, and maintain ODCHC as a competitive employer at   all levels of responsibility.
• Making changes in the HRD Policy as and when decided by the   Management and drafting the circulars accordingly.
• Maintaining the database of the overseas employees.
• Coordinating with PF consultant for generating PF ECR and   Challan's and other PF related queries of the employees.
• Coordinating with Medi claim consultant for Medi claim   approvals of the employees as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma Holder.
• With 12 years experience to this field.
• Holding Driving license and Transferable Visa.
• Only Male need to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
