Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Answer general customer queries thought calls, chat, emails until inquiry is closed. 
•  Handling of customer and vendor calls which includes customer service booking,   complaints handling.
•  Support marketing and sales for sending notifications, offers and follow up.
•  Arrangements for company advertising and marketing activity along with supporting   general office administration assigned by the management.
•  We are hiring freshers for Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
•  Generating sales leads that develop into new customers. Identifying and assessing   customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience.
• Communiation Skill.
• Management Skill.
• Diploma Holder.
