Required Logistics Co-ordinator

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Logistics Co-ordiator in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Manages and coordinates the delivery of established supply   chains for client's client base.
• Receive orders (bulk, package and drop ship), enter them into   SAP and invoice once shipping is completed.
• Work closely with drivers to ensure that they have what they   need to load and deliver trucks.
• Maintain and update customer information in every aspect along   with delivery paperwork.
• Order and maintain inventory office supplies and handle   maintenance and repair of equipment as required.
• Type letters, memos, reports, charts and presentations as   required.

Job Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Eight years experience in same field.
• Exemplary analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent coordination skills.
