Required Shop Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Shop Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Support the Manager of Fleet Maintenance (MFM) in overseeing equipment maintenance   and out-of-service equipment at outlying Service Centers supported by the shop.
• Facilitate the Job Selection/Shift Bid (JSP) process for shop employees.
• Oversee routine maintenance functions to ensure equipment proficiency and the highest   productivity levels; ensure all work orders, including commercial work orders, are closed   accurately and in a timely manner.
• Plan, directed and coordinate with manpower on day to day work as per plan.
• Supervising and monitoring manpower to ensure best utilization.
• Maintain 5S in designated work area and implement 5S culture among the team.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• IT Skills.
• With more than 8 years experience in the field.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent managerical skills.
