Required Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

Job Description :

Looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Work with the project managers to ensure that the estimates are properly challenged and   reviewed.
•  Report project actuals against estimate at project completion.
•  Incorporate project actuals into estimating methodology in order to ensure continuous  improvement.
•  Review the basis of an estimate during Project Estimate Challenge meetings.
•  Develop unit cost and parametric estimate range for standard scope of work.
•  Provide historical estimate accuracy report of complete projects and program and update   parametric unit rates as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Have a excellent knowledge in AutoCAD.
• With 4 years experience to this field.
• Graduated in Civil Engineering.
• Good communication skill.
• Well knowledge in computer.
