•  Maintains an efficient filing system for client and administrative files.
•  Schedules and arranges company social events.
•  Oversees maintenance of office equipment, supplies and furniture and mail
•  Coordinates recruiting programs.

Job Requirements:

• Having 6 years work experience in same role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and   regulations.
• BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
