Looking for a IT Engineer \ System Administrator in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Lead innovative solutions for improving training and communications through Virtual and  Augmented Reality that is scalable by the business unit for quick easy coverage.
•  Responsible for field testing and validation of new products. Utilizing Agile methodology to ensure quick delivery and effective risk escalation process is established.
•  Drive innovative efforts to transform the installation and maintenance experience with focus on an improved customer and technician experience.
•  Collaborate with technical experts, IT, Service Assurance, Field Operations and Product Development teams on tactical strategies for operationalizing new products based on customer needs and driving operational efficiencies.
•  Provide vision and leadership - grounded in deep expertise - to the North America Operations organization on technical strategies, operational requirements, and best practices learned through industry partnerships, to enable and optimize NA Ops.
•  Utilizing new technologies, candidate will assist with ensuring the mobile platform enables an Omni-channel experience for troubleshooting with focus on Self-Healing and Self Diagnostics, Work Flow and a common platform that orchestrates the test based on the end user (Field tech's, SA, Customers).
