Quantity Surveyor Required In Qatar

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Preparation of BOQ'S &Takeoffs as per International standards. 
• Preparation of BBS. 
• Validation of existing BOQ's.
• Review and develop construction costs throughout the AIA design phases, in collaboration with the project team. As required.
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the latest construction materials, pricing, and trends.
• Compare budget costs for benchmark purposes, analyze quantities and scope items, as well as undertake value engineering exercises.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• IT Skills.
• Minimum 7 years experience is required.
•  BE in Civil Engineering.
